Thank you for shopping with Full Wedge Golf. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note: during high-volume periods (product launches, sales, holidays), processing times may be slightly extended.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
- Canada: 2–7 business days
- United States: 4–14 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Full Wedge Golf is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied to your order.
All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Full Wedge Golf is not liable for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check with neighbors or your local postal service
- Contact the carrier directly
- Reach out to us at support@fullwedgegolf.com and we will do our best to assist
7. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@fullwedgegolf.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging
We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
8. International Shipping
We currently ship worldwide.
Please note that international shipping times vary depending on destination and customs processing.
9. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
